Within the context of this report, all UK housing associations have to be registered with the UK Housing Association regulatory authority. This defines the current regulations and legislation that they are required to comply as has been determine by current legislation and the the regulations determined by the UK Housing Association (2005).
The aim of this report, following a request from a CEO of a
housing association (CBA), is to assess the potential
challenges that might threaten the harmonious community
relationships that exist within this environment, and
to evaluate the potential legal and other remedies that are
available to the housing association and provides
recommendations regarding the strategy that should be
adopted in this respect.
