Re&d is a publishing house that operates predominantly in the online environment. The main focus of our work is the publication and sale of model research, essays and dissertations. These are aimed at providing higher education students with guidance and help with their work across a range of study areas, which includes accountancy, financial, business, healthcare and social work. We pride ourselves on our ethical approach to this important area of education and our team has a combined knowledge gained from over 40 years of experience in the field of business and educational research.
The Re&d website is the copyright property of Re&d or applicable third parties. Subject to the conditions prescribed under appropriate Copyright Acts or similar statutes that apply in your location, you may not, in any form or by any means, adapt, reproduce, store, distribute, transmit, print, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any part of the Re&d website without the written permission of an authorised representative of Re&d.
The Customer acknowledges that it does not obtain the copyright to the Work supplied through the Agency's services.
The Customer acknowledges that Re&d, its employees and partners do not support or condone plagiarism, and that the Re&d reserves the right to refuse supply those suspected of such behaviour. The Customer accepts that Re&d sells documents in order to help students learn and advance educational standards, and that no Work supplied through the Re&d may be passed off as the Customer's own or as anyone else's, nor be handed in as the Customer's own work, either in whole or in part. In addition, the Customer undertakes not to carry out any unauthorised distribution, display, or resale of the Work and the Customer agrees to handle the Work in a way that fully respects the fact that the Customer does not hold the copyright to the Work.
The Customer acknowledges that if Re&d suspects that any essays, dissertations or other materials are being used in violation of the above rules that Re&d has the right to refuse further sales and contact with that Customer, the customer will be “blacklisted” and Re&d bears no liability for any such undetected and/or unauthorised use.
The Customer agrees that essay’s, dissertations and other products from Re&d website will not be resold, or distributed, or for remuneration or otherwise. The Customer also undertakes that after purchase, essays, dissertations and other material will not be placed on any website or essay bank.
Product and company names mentioned herein may be trademarks and / or service marks of their respective owners. The trademarks, logos and service marks displayed on the Re&d website and social media streams are the property of their respective owners.
- Errors, Omissions or Discrepancies
Every effort has been made to ensure that the Re&d website works correctly and that the information contained within it is accurate and current. Any cases of perceived inconsistency or error should be advised to Re&d by contact us and we will endeavour, where practicable, to address any such issues identified to us [see Re&d disclaimer].
The Agency is entitled to refuse any order at their discretion and in such cases will refund any payment made by the Customer in respect of that order.
- 5. Plagiarism
Documents purchased from Re&d are done so on the basis that these are used for research, document construction and layout and will not be submitted as the customers own work.
Documents purchased from Re&d are classified as “Intellectual property” and remain the copyright of Re&d limited. Documents purchased are therefore used as research, layout, construction and a means to assist the Student in understanding how to layout their essay or dissertation.
Documents purchased from Re&d are embedded with a watermark and subject to plagiarism.
Plagiarism is defined as:
The practice of taking someone else's work or ideas and passing them off as one's own:
- rewords a source but retains the original ideas it contains, without giving due credit to that source
- fails to put a quote in quotation marks
- copies large sections of someone else's words or ideas, even if credit is given or quotation marks are used
- gives incorrect information about the source of a quotation
- changes the words but copies the sentence structure of a source
Without giving credit of reference to Re&d.
In such circumstances where plagiarism is evidenced Re&d’s decision will be final which may result in legal proceedings.
- 6. Our Guarantee
All documents produced by Re&d are the work of a team of experts with over 40 years of experience within business.
Add educational products and web content are the original work of the Re&d team of experts unless otherwise specifically stated.
All documents have been meticulously researched and provided with an indicative grade and word-count based on current academic standards. However, Re&d makes no express guarantee regarding the grades indicated.
- 7. Payment
Full payment is taken for the chosen product at the time of purchase. Documents will not be available until such time as payment has been verified and authorised.
The prices stated on Re&d website is the price you will pay, this will include the relevant Value added tax associated with your country of purchase, where applicable.
Customer: the Customer agrees that full balance payment will be paid to Re&d on acceptance of progressing from shopping basket.
Re&d will co-operate fully with the Customer and use reasonable care and skill to make the Order request successful. The Customer will provide the relevant information required to ensure payment can be made.
Re&d undertakes that if such technical problems occur with a system that they are directly responsible for or that third party contractors provide them with, that they will on request provide reasonable proof of these technical problems, so far as such proof is available, or will otherwise honour its order completion.
- 8. Refunds
The Customer agrees to be bound by Re&d refund policies and acknowledges that due to the nature of purchasing from Re&d, refunds will only be given in the circumstances outlined in these terms, in which event any refund or discount is given at the discretion of Re&d.
In the event that the Customer is not satisfied that purchased documents is complete, the Customer should in the first instant contact Re&d via the contact is via the Re&d website.
If a refund is requested and Re&d agrees to refund the Customer in full or part, this refund will be made using PayPal and the credit or debit card that the Customer used to make their payment initially.
- 9. Account Use
When using your Re&d account you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and to the extent permitted by applicable law you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be used in an unauthorised manner. You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide us with are correct and complete, and for informing us of any changes to the information you have provided. You can access and update much of the information you have provided us with, including your account settings, in the Your AccountYour Account area of the website.
VAT is included in the Re&d quoted prices. Where appropriate the relevant rate of Value added tax will be added to those Countries required.
Other Material, copyright, Authors rights and Database rights
Re&d as a publishing house will promote novels, books and other literature for customers and as such will draw a 5% percentage calculated payment based on each individual product sold I.E 1 book at 5% of the overall cost will be subtracted by Re&d at the point of payment. Remaining cost will be entered into Customers designated bank account within 28 days of receipt of payment.
Re&d respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been used in a way that gives rise to concerns of infringement use the contact us link on the Re&d website.
Re&d allows third party sellers to list and sell their products on Re&d website. In each such case this is indicated on the respective product detail page. While Re&d as a website provider helps facilitate transactions that are carried out on the Re&d website, Re&d is neither the buyer nor the seller of the seller's items. Re&d provides a venue for sellers and buyers to complete transactions. Accordingly, the contract formed at the completion of a sale for these third party products is solely between buyer and seller. Re&d is not a party to this contract nor assumes any responsibility arising out of or in connection with it nor is it the seller's agent.
Customers entering into this agreement will comply with Re&d terms and conditions
Re&d agree to promote products through the Re&d website and other social media streams.
All content included in or made available through Re&d, such as text, graphics, logos, is the property of Re&d or its content suppliers and is protected by Luxembourg and international copyright, authors' rights and database right laws.
You may not extract and/or re-utilise parts of the content of any Re&d without our express written consent. In particular, you may not utilise any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (whether once or many times) for re-utilisation any substantial parts of the content of any Re&d site, without our express written consent. You may also not create and/or publish your own database that features substantial parts of any Re&d information, content, Intellectual property (e.g. our prices and product listings) without our express written consent.
